Coyete Hill a great race!

Today was a great event out at Veterans United for Coyete Hill.  300 people turned out as the weather held off for a great event!  Check out the results on the results page, this is a wonderful event, with super cool prizes.  Look out for it next year!

Head for the Cure Price Increase happens tomorrow!

Just wanted to remind everyone that entry fees increase at midnight tonight for the 3rd annual Head for the Cure 5K. Race takes place Sunday, April 21st in Flat Branch Park. Join us as we defeat brain cancer step by step! http://www.headforthecure.org/columbia-mo/hftc-columbia

True Life Run to be the best yet!

So last year we got to work with Off Track Events on the 1st annual TRUE LIFE RUN, a great crazy race in conjunction with the True False Film Festival in CoMo.  This year it is back with a better then ever course design including the "Mega-Garage" downtown.  Runners will take to the streets doing tasks at designated stations including but not limited to tire tossing, hula-hooping, trivia, dance parties and more!  Check it out and get ready for a crazy good time!  Did we mention the winners get LUX passes for the 2013 festival?

Groundhog Run tomorrow!

We are up at the groundhog run this weekend in Kansas City.  A great race for Children's TLC, it is run at the Hunt Midwest Subtropolis, a totally underground office/storage facility in a cave!  If you have nevber checked the race out you should sign up next year!  Registration closes at 3500 people, and it is all filled up for tomorrow's 5k and 10k.
